Process

We design and manage projects from briefing through concept, production information and tendering and onto site and contract administration.

On each project we start with the problem analysis: aspirations, objectives and constraints. Through dialogue we develop creative and practical solutions taking into account budget and programme constraints.

With the design development process we move into the production of detailed drawings and specifications. A good set of drawings will give the client cost certainty during the construction process. With regular visits to site we work to ensure the contractors and specialists delivery a quality project for the client.

With both designers and architects on the staff team we are conversant with Building Regulations and Codes, Construction Design Management, HSE and DDA requirements in public buildings.

Our thought is that beautiful buildings can help change behaviour and inspire their users; better facilities develop potential, improve performance and the user experience. Our interior for the National Skills Academy for Financial Services won the RIBA award for the “Best Sustainable Building in the Further Education sector 2009″ with the design being “highly commended”.
