This confidential project is for a financial services client based in Avenue of the Americas, New York City. We designed 35,000 Ft² of workspace and front-of-house client areas on levels 49 and 50 of a landmark building in mid-town, overlooking Central Park. We space planned the facility for 200 staff, with support areas, WCs and other amenities.

The project included a complete strip-out of the existing interior and construction with all new services and finishes. We scheduled the FF&E package and developed the graphic design and branding solutions. The project was delivered in collaboration with local NY architect SHCA, who provided project technical and ensured local building code compliance.

As in all of our projects, we worked on the project narrative and client experience, making these  priorities into the design solution.
