Over the years we have designed refurbishments of a number of projects in London for landlords with the purpose of the property remaining desirable and lettable in the competitive London rental market.

Devonshire House is a typical example, being a 1920’s building that needed the common parts to be fully modernised. Working with the character of the building we improved lighting, signage and finishes whilst retaining original architectural features such as balustrades, ceiling and wall features. The building was fully redecorated with a number of repairs being undertaken. We also provided a new bike store was for building users.
